What does Integrity mean?
Well Integrity means to keep your promises. How to know you have Integrity is to ask yourself “Do I keep my promises? Can someone trust me?” If you’re not sure then you can ask someone the same question you asked yourself. And if the answer is “Yes” Good Job! But if the answer is “Not really” Then here is a way for (If you do it) when you change then you can ask that question again and they will say “Yes” And you will be happy!
#1- KEEP YOUR PROMISES!
#2- Keep secrets
#3- You should do what you're supposed to do even when no one is around or if you think no one is looking.
And that is how to be a good friend! And you can be trusted.
A good verse about Integrity is Philippians 4:8, NIV “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things”
Philippians 10:9 “A man with integrity walks safely, but those who follow crooked paths will slip and fall.

Proverbs 12:17 “Whoever speaks the truth gives honest evidence but a false witness utters deceit”

God Does Care About You And He IS There

MY COOKIES ARE THE BEST??!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I'm back and I wanted to tell you about something that happened last night with me and my Grandma.
So I had made cookies the day before yesterday. And Grandma had, had one yesterday and I went to tell my Grandma "Good night" So I could go to bed and this is how it went.
Grandam:"I tell you this from the bottom of my heart, those were the best cookies I have ever had. What recipe did you use?"
  Me:"I used your PB cookies recipe"
Grandma: "I have used that recipe a million times and they have never tasted that good! How did you make them?"
Me: " I made them the way the recipe said to make them"
Grandma: "Well then I guess the next time you make them I will have to watch you to see how you did it"
 I just thought "Wow I never thought my cookies were that good. AND I EVEN MESSED UP ON THEM!" (I accidentally put to much salt and baking soda in. And I stirred it for to long :{ ) And everyone loved them!

Loved Ones Can't ALWAYS Be Loved

Hi there! I'm back and I was just thinking that loved ones can't always be loved.
Everyone has at least 2 quarrels every day! I know hard to believe! But it's true. No one EVER has a perfectly good day.
And you fight with mostly your very close friends or family. Because you aren't embarrassed to fight with them. But with people you don't see very often you try to be as sweet as you can so they can see you are nice.  But with people that already know you are nice then you fight with them!
And if you are the middle child or the youngest child of  your family if you were or still are getting picked on by your siblings then you will know what I'm talking about. So I'm the middle child and it seems like I'm always the one getting picked on. And it seems like you are the sweetest one so they have an advantage because they know that you won't hurt there feelings because you won't say anything mean or harsh. And so don't think that you are always in a quarrel with someone. Everyone is in a fight everyday

Bible Verse of The Day June 8th 2017

Hi there I'm back! With your daily Bible verse

So today's is John 3:16-18

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the world through Him. He who believes in Him is not condemned but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" 
So this is a VERY well known Bible verse. Some people only know verse 16. Some know verse's 16 and 17. Some people know verse's 16-18. And some people don't even know that verse was in the Bible!
But God is speaking there (You can tell by the red words) And He is saying that God sent His ONLY Son to DIE for us.
You know the expression "I would die for you!"
God literally died for our sins. But Jesus did not come in to tell us what we can do and what we can't.
He came to save us.

Some Radio Stations

Hey I was just thinking there are a lot of Christan's who listen to really weird music
So I'm going to tell you some Christan radio stations that you don't need signal for.
With these all you have to do is go on there web site.
Okay so the first one is Air 1 and the number for that is 88.1 if you want it on your radio.

I have always LOVED both of those stations and they play any type of music except it's Christan.

A Couple Recipes For You

So I love to bake and I got some recipes for my new recipe box I got for Christmas and I wanted to share some recipes with you!


    Pineapple Punch

1 cup of granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups of water
4 cinnamon sticks
12 cloves
 46 ounces of pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups of orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice

So this is super easy you just put all of the ingredient's into a jug and stir. And then put it into the fridge till ready to serve
1 pitcher full about 10 servings

        Fruit Smoothies 

1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups  frozen or fresh strawberries, thawed 
1/2 cup canned unsweetened Pineapple chunks (They can be sweetened if you want) 
4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons of sugar

In a blender, combine  all the ingredients; cover and blend for 30-45 seconds or until blended. Stir if necessary. Pour into cups and serve 
Serves about 4

Bible Verse Of The Day May 28th 2017




         
                                                             Hi!

Okay so today I'm going to read a verse then talk about it then read another verse then talk about it :D
Today's Bible verse of the day is Psalm 37: 4 and Proverbs 3; 5-6

Psalm 37: 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart  


 So in this verse David is saying that you should be happy in the Lord and He will give us what we truly want.

Proverbs 3: 5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.

In this verse Solomon is saying that we need to trust in the Lord with all our heart that He will save us and take care of us. And we should not believe in what man believes in, but what we should believe in, God.  And God WILL take care of us and make sure we aren't doing anything wrong.

Bible Verse of The Day May 27th 2017

So I was thinking of doing a Bible verse of the day and then I can just talk about the Bible verse.


So for today of course is my first day of my new blog so I'm going to talk bout this one Psalm 46:10-11
Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge.    Selah.

So my name comes from that little word at the end of this verse Selah it means  "Stop and reflect on the many wonders of God"   God is saying that we need to stop worrying and know He is God and he will take care of us He says that people will praise and worship him everywhere. Then David goes on to say that the Lord is with us wherever we go. And then he says "The God of Jacob is our refuge" That means that Jesus is the same Jesus that Jacob worshiped and then Selah: we stop and just praise God and spend some time in prayer and worship.

Tips for Reading the Bible

                                                   Hi!
I just wanted to give you guys some tips for reading your Bible.

1. So if you want to read your whole Bible but it doesn't really matter how long it takes you then you should start in the New Testament. Why? Well because if you start in the Old Testament then this is what happens: You read about the prophecies and then when they are fulfilled then you forget what the prophet even said! So if you start when it actually happened then you can remember when it's fulfilled what happened :D 

2. There are 1,189 chapters in the Bible so you can read 3 chapters a day one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the night.

3. Also you can eat a snack ( It makes it seem much more interesting ) And no I didn't learn that from cartoons I learned it from myself The cartoons learned it from real life :D


Please try all of my tips you can read why'll eating a snack starting from the New Testament and reading 3 chapters a day! And please tell me in the comments if that helped you.

The End Times

                                                            Hey guys I'm back!

I just wanted to read to you a couple of Bible verse's that are such a coincidence 

Revelation 6:1-8

First Seal: The Conqueror

  Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice of thunder "Come and see" and I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.

Second Seal: Conflict on Earth

When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say "Come and see" Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword

Third Seal : Scarcity on Earth

When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say "Come and see" So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying "A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine"

Fourth Seal: Widespread Death on Earth

When He opened the forth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying "Come and see" So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth. 

Zechariah 1:7-11 

Vision of the Horses 

On the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month which is the month of Shebat, in the second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came to Zechariah the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet: I saw by night, and behold, a man riding on a red horse, and it stood among the myrtle trees in the hollow; and behind him were horses red, sorrel, and white.then I said. "My lord, what are these?" So the angel who talked with me said to me "I will show you what they are" And the man who stood among the myrtle trees answered and said "These are the ones whom the Lord has sent to walk to and fro throughout the earth" So they answered the Angel of the Lord, who stood among the myrtle trees, and said, "We have walked to and fro throughout the earth, and behold, all the earth is resting quietly" 



So what I'm wondering is, Are those the same horses from Revelation that were in Zechariah's vision? And are the horses and men still walking the earth now? 

                     Don't you ever wonder those kind of things?

                                    Hey Guys! I'm back and I was just thinking most teens think that becoming a teen means you get to do what ever you want, you can drive, you find true love! Yes that is true but it's not all because you can have a job and drive. Becoming a teen means you mature, and yes you do find true love but mostly you should act like an adult! You  should make good choices about life and mostly you should spend time with your siblings (If you have any) because you know you will be out of the house married soon. So don't hide your self in the bedroom on your computer or on your phone. I mean it's good to keep in touch with your friends but most importantly you should spend time with God and family. So go out and enjoy your last years as a kid.
      I ALWAYS thought that becoming a teen means you get to do more stuff. But it's not

             Hi! My name is Selah Coller. And I'm 11 years old. And I'm a very strong Christian girl.
I love to Dance, hangout with my family and friends, and I love puzzles and chocolate. I don't play any instruments because I don't really want to I just want to dance before the Lord.
 The reason why I named my blog Be Still, is because I love the song Hide Me Now Under Your Wings  Because every one has hardships in there life but we need to know that God is with us wherever we go and He has a plan for us. So just let go of your fears and believe that He is holding your life. Enjoy life! And don't worry about money, clothing, food, or even shelter. Because God is your provider.
